Cancellation and Refunds
If you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 5 minutes of placing it by calling +44 20 7946 0958. If the cancellation is accepted, we will refund the full amount to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have already been prepared or are out for delivery.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders

Our customer service team will assist you promptly. We may offer a full refund, partial refund, or replacement meal, depending on the individual case. Please provide photographic evidence of the issue where possible to help us resolve the matter quickly.
Quality Concerns
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your meal, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order. After verifying the complaint, we may issue a refund to the original payment method or offer a replacement. Refunds for quality concerns are issued at the sole discretion of Crust & Crumble Pizzeria.
Refund Processing
All refunds will be credited to the original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds would be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that delivery charges and any other additional services provided by Crust & Crumble Pizzeria are not refundable. Also, all sales are final for promotional, seasonal, or limited-time items. Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
